UK Accounts Plus provides a specialist computerised payroll bureau services for the small business to meet the statutory requirements placed on employers.  The full payroll package will include:

  • Tailor the payroll service to meet the business needs.
  • Process payroll.
  • Assist registration with HMRC for new employers.
  • Maintain payroll records.
  • Calculate monthly/quarterly payments to Inland Revenue and complete form P32.
  • Complete end of year forms (P60, P14, and P35) and submit online before the due date.
  • Complete P9D/P11D declaration.
  • Send payslips and other documents to the business by email or first class post.
  • Deal with queries from the HMRC or the business reference employees’ pay.
  • Process forms P45, P46, P46 (car) etc.
  • Calculate special National Insurance for company directors
